At SimplyFun, we take great care to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. For physical addresses within the contiguous U.S., we ship via UPS Ground or UPS SurePost. For P.O. Boxes, we use USPS. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from our warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. You can expect your delivery within 5-7 business days after shipment.

What are the options for International Shipping?

While we currently only ship within the U.S., we’ve got a great solution for our international fans. You can use a trusted third-party service to get your favorite games delivered to you. Just click the button below to register with MyUS.com.

MyUS.com is a third-party provider of shipping services for an additional fee for those that live outside the United States.

 

How Does MyUS.com work?

When you register with MyUS.com, you’ll receive a U.S. Sales Tax-Free address to use during checkout with SimplyFun. SimplyFun will then ship your items to the US address provided by MyUS.com.

Once your package is delivered to the U.S. address, it will be inspected to ensure everything you ordered is included. After MyUS.com confirms your order, they will take responsibility for delivering it to your international mailing address.

Please note that your order is considered a U.S.-based and U.S.-delivered order. SimplyFun’s responsibility extends only to confirming delivery to MyUS.com. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, without prior notification.

 

My order has the incorrect shipping address, what are my options?

SimplyFun orders are sent to the warehouse immediately after being placed and moved into pack-out.

SimplyFun acknowledges that sometimes incorrect addresses are entered when placing an order. If you place an order and discover the address is incorrect, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible on the Contact Us form. If the order has not shipped, SimplyFun will attempt to cancel the order and will notify you when the order has been canceled and your payment refunded to you. The refund may take 3 – 5 days to be reflected on your account. You can then make the purchase again using the correct address.

If the order has already been shipped Customer Care will work with you to determine the next steps.

 

Who do I contact if a game is damaged during transit, or games are missing from my order?

If you notice any damage to the outside of the game boxes or find that any games are missing from your shipment, please report it within five business days of receipt. You can contact our Customer Care team on the Contact Us form or by email at customercare@simplyfun.com, or by phone at (877) 557 - 7767. Kindly include the name on the order, the order number if available, and details of the missing or damaged games. If the games are damaged, please also include pictures of the damage to both the games and the shipping box. We will review the information and will replace the missing pieces or damaged game.
