What is your return policy?

At SimplyFun, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with any product, you may return it to SimplyFun within 30 days and receive a refund (excluding shipping charges).

 

How do I return a game for a refund?

You may return your product to SimplyFun within 30 days and receive a refund (excluding shipping charges). If you want to return your game, we are happy to assist you with a refund. Once we receive the return we will process the refund. Please allow 3–5 days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card or other payment method used for the purchase.

Kindly include your order number in the box and send us an email with the tracking number for the return to customercare@simplyfun.com. This will help us track your return. What is a Returned/Refused shipment?

We understand how important your order is to you. If an order is refused or returned to our warehouse from UPS or USPS, our Customer Care team will promptly notify you. Once they have confirmed the order address, they will reship your order. If they are unable to confirm the address, the order will be canceled, and you will receive a refund. Please note that the refund may take 3-5 days to be reflected on your credit card or other payment method used for the purchase.
