How do I request a replacement for a missing or damaged game piece?

SimplyFun believes making products that last has a profound impact on the world and environment. We strive to make sure our games stay in the hands of families who will enjoy playing them over and over again!

If any game pieces are lost or damaged due to wear and tear, we’ll do our best to replace them, subject to availability. If you need a replacement piece, please fill out the Piece Replacement Form below or contact Customer Care on the Contact Us Form and we will send out replacements at no charge.

In the comment box, please tell us the name of the game and the description of the piece or pieces you need to be replaced. The more specific you can be, the better. You may submit multiple games or piece requests on one form. Ex: Dreaming Dragons - Blue Pinchers, 1 purple lizard, two golden eggs. Color Huey & The Four Seasons: 1 pink chip, 1 blue chip. You may also provide photos of a damaged piece.

What if I receive a new game that is missing pieces?

SimplyFun will happily replace any missing pieces of newly received games. If you need to request replacement of missing pieces, you can do so on the Piece Replacement Form above, contacting Customer Care on the Contact Us Form, or by phone at 877.557.7767.
