How do I find a game that is right for my family?
The SimplyFun website makes it easy to find games that meet your family’s needs by allowing you to search by age, skill, and beyond. You can also explore the "All Games" page to see all that SimplyFun has to offer. I have a question about how to play a game, who do I ask?
We suggest checking out the how to play video for the game you are playing. If you have further questions about any part of gameplay, whether it’s the rules or setup, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team using the Contact Us form, or directly at customercare@simplyfun.com. They are ready to help you start playing as soon as possible.
Do I need to set up a customer account?
You don’t need an account to use our website, all you need is an email address. When you place your order, you will be asked to provide an email address, which will be used for order confirmation. You have the option to opt in to receive our newsletter which shares new product launches, specials or sales, and other fun information.
You will also be able to access order information and view past orders by entering your email address and entering a unique PIN that will be emailed to you.
How do I reset my password?
Our system is designed to make your experience more secure and convenient. Instead of using passwords, you’ll receive a unique PIN via email each time you sign in. This PIN changes with every login, adding an extra layer of security and eliminating the need to remember or reset passwords.
Can I place a tax-exempt order?
Organizations and schools that are tax-exempt can make purchases without sales tax. To place a tax-exempt order, simply email your contact information, order details, and tax-exempt certificate to purchasing@simplyfun.com. They will help you place your order.
Do you sell your games directly to schools?
Absolutely! SimplyFun offers a direct-to-school program that makes it easy for schools to shop and purchase games using grants, purchase orders, or other payment methods. For more details, please visit our School & Business Purchasing page or email purchasing@simplyfun.com.
Do you have an Affiliate Program?
